History of Beaufort River Meats

BRM opened as a domestic abattoir in 1994, slaughtering beef, pork and mutton and supplying various butchers around Perth.  In October 1996, it became a registered export facility and now focuses on processing mainly Mutton, Lamb, Rams, Goat and some deer . The modern abattoir has a capacity to process 2500 head of livestock per day. All livestock are Halal slaughtered, and are supplied either chilled or frozen to a range of markets throughout the world.  

The abattoir also processes lamb, sheep and goat skins which are currently offered out on a tender basis. Visit our Products page for more information.
